Sunday success against the Singh's

A 160 partnership between Matt Young & Keegan Fortune gave the Sunday XI their opening day win. against a spirited Singh XI.

Starting the day with 9 players Youngie came to the rescue desperate to find some form with the bat.

The Singh XI won the toss and elected to bat first scoring an under par 191 a/o. On debut Sheelan Shah & Arnab Roy opened the bowling and did well. Shah took 2-61 & Roy 1-45.

But it was Tariq Islam who dented the Singh's hopes with 3-23.

Hythe lost Jonjo early before it was the Young - Fortune show. Young out for 82 inc 7x4s and a six. Fortune finished the game with a six ~ 87* inc 12x4s & a six.
