Fourth XI May Results
Skipper Fraser Smith has spent more time texting this month for availability than time of the cricket pitch.
The Fourth XI lost a game in May when Brockenhurst II withdrew from the league. They also had to concede one game against Beaulieu because of drop outs on a Saturday Morning.
Two games were abandoned because of rain when Hythe were in strong positions and the only full game they played they were well beat by Fawley III.
Highlights so far was Kaushik Poojary's brilliant 154* vs Bramshaw II and Joel Eastwood 5 for 17 vs Calmore Sports IV. Sadly with the game being abandoned it didn't record as a match and Joel wasn't a Hythe player so he returned to Sparsholt the following week.
