Abdul Signs In With a Ton

H&D enjoyed a fine 12 run win over Phoenix (one of our longest standing fixtures) yesterday in Dan Prentice's first game as Captain.

Hythe batted first and scored 253-4. Abdul Rahman on debut scored 100* whilst their was useful contributions late on by Ewan Whittaker 69* & Dan Prentice 46*in an unbeaten partnership of 99.

 Phoenix did well to stay in the game but fell 12 runs short on 241 a/o. Khartik took 2-30 whilst Neamutallah Niazi on debut took 4-40.
