H&D 3s enjoy winning start

H&D 3s enjoyed a winning start @ Burley. Its not often you can reduce a side to 148-8 on the New Forest ground but stand in skipper Mike Bowman mixed his bowlers up well. 

Callum Simmonds went for just 3 an over (0-24 off 8) whilst the wickets came from an unusual source - Harry Parker 4- 15.

In the chase Pete Miller retired 28* with a bad side, but it was veteran Ewan Bell 46*  who saw Hythe home for a deserved win.
